Change one variable, keep the encounter and investment comparable, and record successes and failures. This worksheet summarizes your entries; it does not simulate damage.
A / B attempt worksheet
Enter clear times in seconds, separated by commas; write “fail” for an unsuccessful attempt. Use a dot for decimals. Up to 20 attempts per variant.
Compare reliability alongside speed. Three runs are only an initial signal. This tool does not choose a winner or verify your entries.
Complete both setups, conditions and at least one valid attempt per variant to copy.Draft saved only in this browser. Copying does not publish to Discord.Record the conditions first
Include game version, server, mode/route, enemy, buffs and AI/human composition. For each variant record exact forms, levels, equipped skills, relevant potential and held-item/contract effects. Keep a clip or screenshot with the result if possible.
Read speed and reliability together
The median below uses successful clear times only. Failed attempts remain in the success count. A faster median with fewer clears can be a worse choice for your goal. Three attempts per variant are a starting point, not statistical proof; there is no automatic winner.
Publish a useful comparison
Copy the report and add it to the appropriate Discord team thread after choosing your language. Include what changed, its cost, observed limitations and evidence. Mark proposals as untested until the results are provided; a staff review is needed for a Tested tag.
Keep the raw evidence
Copy the raw attempt list alongside the summary. Record interrupted attempts as failures when they fail the goal, and explain unusual conditions in the notes. Keep an untouched copy of the original setup and any evidence; a faster number without its conditions is not a reproducible result.
