Yes, for eligible Aniimo after unlocking their Prismana form. The Orb is not a way to unlock an undiscovered form.
Check eligibility first
The item record limits this Orb to eligible Breezy Plains Aniimo with Prismana already unlocked. Confirm that Change Form offers the variant for your exact companion.
Find the item, then change form
Stamp Rush Shop is the listed source. Open your Aniimo’s information tab marked “!”, choose Change Form and inspect the Prismana preview before confirming the cost.
What carries over
The item preserves Innate Potentials, traits and personality. It does not advertise a Perfect upgrade. Recheck the new form’s elements and available skills before rebuilding your team.
If the option is missing
Check the exact species, the unlocked form and the item name together. Do not buy another item just because its icon looks similar; read its Change Form description first.
Prismana Orb, ordinary Morph Orb and skill-upgrade materials are different items.
